About Mandy Keyworth

I was a nurse in Sheffield for many years before pursuing a degree in medical science and transitioning to providing medical equipment within the NHS. My life hasn’t been straightforward, and I’ve experienced firsthand the feeling of being lost and unsure of the right path to take.

After developing Graves’ disease due to prolonged stress, I realized the profound connection between the mind and body. This led me to explore the power of hypnotherapy in changing thoughts and behaviors by accessing the subconscious mind.

I believe that many of us push ourselves until we burn out, following familiar but sometimes detrimental paths. Hypnotherapy offers a way to forge new pathways in the mind and tap into our inner resources for solutions.

Now, I have the privilege of offering hypnotherapy to help others discover their best selves. Together, we can address various challenges and work towards restoring happiness and confidence in your life.

Since childhood, I’ve been driven to help people become the best versions of themselves, and hypnotherapy enables me to fulfill that purpose effectively.
