Through hypnotherapy, relaxation and visualization techniques are utilized to induce a deep sense of tranquility, akin to mindfulness meditations. In this state, the mind becomes more focused as distractions fade away.

During hypnosis, physiological changes occur; pulse and respiration rates slow down, and the brain produces more alpha brainwaves. These alpha brainwaves signify relaxation, positive mood, reduced anxiety, and heightened creativity.

In this hypnotic state, inhibitions diminish, allowing for easier access to memories and the exploration of unresolved issues or suppressed emotions. Individuals also become more receptive to suggestions, facilitating positive behavioral changes and personal growth.
